Instant Tax Services Fraud !!!! Shut them down!!! Sacramento, California
I filed my income tax return last year in January, 2010. Everyone's negative reports about Intant Tax Services are the truth.
I was also given the run around about when my intax return check would arrive. I visited and called numerous times to Mike and the people in his office. I waited 2 weeks the day that my past employer released the information online for the W2's. That's not a rapid refund!!! $479.00
I too thought that the fees they charged was outageous. I will never do or refer anyone to these people. It was too late for me to get out of the deal. I went back to get all of my personal information that Igave to them backThey told me that they had already processed my paperwork. I never gave them my income tax returns either.
To my surprise today 1/4/2011 they are still in business!! cheating and defrauding the consumers of the USA.
President Obama must shut this folks down and never allow them to do this to the innocent consumers again.
I want my money back !!!!

They charged $400 bucks just to process my taxes. I never imagined in a million years that that could be a fee. After I found out the fee as she was processing and typing away tried to back out but she had stated it was too late she had already processed it. I thought WTH! I'm not rich, however the can just take money from people after finding out they are trying to get over on you! I wish there was something I could do. This place really needs to be shutdown. I'm in Georgia and this location is on Covington Hwy in Decatur.
