Worst experience ever
First mistake they couldn't tell me how much the fee was
When I asked the receptionists her response wad she didn't know I had to see a preparer first. Secondly all I got was 50.00 not a 1000.00 but I was promised I will receive by using Ral which is suppose to take 24-48hrs it took 5 days obviously I didn't receive it. So I waited for 2 weeks. THEY CHARGED 700.00 NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EVER PAID THAT TO GET MY TAXES FILED. THEY ARE THE MOST DECEATFUL, RATCHET,LOW DOWN DIRTY THIEVES I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. I WILL NEVER DO BUISNESS THERE AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MY WORST ENEMY
