InstantCast - Kikucall Dishonest TOS & Misleading Billing Info ripoff NEW YORK Internet

I signed up with instantcast.com for a free trial. I really didn't plan on using the service. there was no length of the free trial stated any where, not even in the terms of service. So I signed up with my credit card and cancelled within 1 week. Then I get my credit card statment saying I've been charged $52!!

So I go back to the website and check things out. It now says 14 day free trial. So I call the cust. service (which is only one lady I think) hard to get a hold of! Then she tells me i signed up for a "4 day free trial". So I go back and look through all my terms of service and still no where is it stated the length of time. So I make a fake entry into their site and I found out that they have like 3 different terms of service and the TOS I agreed too said nothing about 4 days.

I had to fill out a refund request form with printed proof. I sent them everything I had. The TOS I agreed to the TOS they "state" I agreed to my credit card statement, all the emails. I'm not going to pay them $52! no way in hell.

Beware this company!!
