I signed up with Instantcast on October 5 2009. It was suppose to be a free casting call  website for 14 days.After 14 days your membership starts up and they charge you so much money each month on your credit or debit card.So for 14 days there was absolutely not suppose to be any charges.And the website stressed that.I give them card number cause they claimed for 14 days no charges would be posted on my card until after 14 days,and I trusted and believed that.So i do not usually keep money in my bank account unless I am paying a monthly bill,so I figured when the 14 days comes near I would put money in my account to cover instant cast charges.Well I get an  text message to my cell phone from my bank saying that I have overdrafted.Instant Cast had immediately charged a dollar to my account.

 I never AUTHORIZED  instantcast to charge my debit card.I felt like this is something that instant cast should have notified me about. So I called the companys customer service number the next morning about 9 am and there was no response.I got an InstanCast voicemal that said: That all representatives were either away from the phone or on the phone and if i left a message they would contact me ASAP.This went on for another two or more days before I was contacted.I left messages day after day telling them to cancel my account and that an unauthorized charge has been made on my card by them. A lady contacted me about two or three days later and said I will cancel your account immediately,then I asked her about the charge that was made and she told me this charge was made just to see if my card was real, and that the charge would be put back on my card in 1-3 days. It is now October 14th,and I have yet to see the charge put back on my card. I was told by my bank as soon as they return the 1.00 charge to my account that the overdraft charges would be swiped away or that I could dispute that charges made. I have not been able to use my card or add money to my debit card, due to the overdraft charge that is still on my card. I have continued to call instantcast, but no one answers the phone, and NO CALLS HAVE BEEN RETURNED, since the last call i had with the representative. I feel like this is bad practice, and customer service. How many other people are they ripping off!!! I would like to let people know that Instant Cast is a Scam, and a ripoff. They are not really wanting to help people!I am going to take action now,and not wait any longer!
