i wish i wouldve looked for reviews first before buying a background check report from www.instantcheckmate.com . the website displays people that have been arrested. it also told me the person i was looking for had arrests and crimes. and that there was a report on this person before i put the visa number in.. i bought the report for 19.99 and received only his birthday which i already knew, and his address which i also knew......anyways i called them... very rude told me it was my problem. i cant get a refund through them.....so im going through visa. buyer beware.....its sad how they are running a fraudulent company....
