InstanteGoods I was scammed out of $79.99 by fake company offering Adobe Acrobat 8 Pro download. Chino Hills California
in August of 2008 I paid $79.99 for Adobe Acrobat 8 Pro download. My account was debited immediately. However when I went to install the download did not contain the serial number and activation info as described in the installation instructions. Also a Trojan virus was attached per my anti virus software.
I emailed company and got curteous acknowledgement to my complaint from "Melissa." However when problem never got resolved and I kept opening suppport request tickets, "Melissa" emailed me and said I would get a full refund. Never got the refund and the only information I got from the phone number given to me by the Better Business Bureau only had a menu that referred me back to the instantgoods website.
All of my contact, including as recent as 11/08 and 1/09, with InstanteGoods point to I was totally ripped off by a bogus company only set up to commit fraud.

InstanteGoods.com is defunct, but the same people are now scamming consumers using the name MoonlightDiscounts.com. The phone number is still the same 909 area code.
Beware of MoonlightDiscounts.com sales on software for Microsoft, Adobe, and games. You will be scammed by this phony company.
