Instclaswrnt (Warranty for Classic Clip On Veneer) $149.00

Total: $548.00

Unlike most complaints I've read about this company...I have not received a faulty product or a prduct that I am unhappy with.  I have not received the product at all.  InstaSmile was not able to make clip on teeth for me as I have missing & failing loose teeth that make it impossible to provide a "good" dental impression from which they manufacture a the clip on veneer (adental appliance) from.

After 2 failed imprint sessions, I visited a Dentist who confirmed that I was not a suitable candidate for clip-ons as there wasn't anything to really clip on to. I have since had work done including extractions which definately take me out of the good candidate group.  This product simply will not work for me.  InstaSmile was NEVER able to make an appliance for me.  The Clip On does not exist.  

On 12/20/16 I was offered a refund of $448 (They explained in email that a $100.00 Non-Refundable fee was charged for time and materials) which I wholeheartedly agreed they deserved. 

They promised the $448.00 refund would appear in my account within 10 business days.  I followed up with them and was told that the holidays delayed my refund and it would take another 10 days. That's when I got nervous and reached out to PayPal. I waited until the promised date of refund.  Still no refund.  I filed a dispute with PayPal on 1/6/16.

on 1/9/16 I received an email from their Manchester, UK office telling me they would refund me the entire amount (Whihk I interpreted as $548.00) ONLY if I canceled the PayPal dispute. I explained I was only seeking $448.00  I was uncomfortable with canceling my PayPal dispute so insisted we should let them handle it.  

On 1/16/16 PayPal decided that this situation did not fall under their realm of Purchase Protection, so now I get NOTHING! Not even the $149.00 Warranty for a product that doesn't exist?! Thanks PayPal (she says sarcastically) I am just as upset with PayPal as I am with InstaSmile.

PayPay asked for more info and documents from me, they gave me 3 days.  I immediately responded within hours with more info and asked how to submit documents...they iformed me that they decided against me before I had the chance to upload the requested documents to them per their instructions and deadline. Really?!

I am hoping now to at least reach out to as many people as possible to warn them of what I consider the unethical business practices of InstSmile and SEBL Group so this doesn't happen to anyone else.  I don't know where to start.  Can you help?
