They called and promised to send trial vitamins for only $4.75 shipping charge. I never received the vitamins, but instead Kontrol Stop Smoking tabs. (I quit smoking 20 years ago!)

In the meantime, they proceeded to erroneously bill my credit card numerous times for a total of $210.00! I have spent the past 8-9 weeks trying to get a refund, but I have never received it. They refused to credit the card charged, saying the policy is to refund by check only. I was promised by customer service reps Kimberly and Chris that my refund would be processed within 10 days, but it appears that they both lied trying to buy some time.

The phone numbers they give are either busy, the wrong #, or have a message stating "Thank you for calling the voice message system, please enter your mailbox number...".

Their email address listed on their website returned all my email as UNDELIVERABLE. I have left about 10 voice messages on their Customer Service number 866-202-1395, but NO ONE has ever attempted to return my calls.

This company is obviously taking advantage of many, many people and needs to be stopped. I plan to continue my efforts to get my money back and hope all of you will do the same.

I had to do a fair amount of research, but I found the name of the apparent owner and faxed a letter with all the details of my ordeal (to two different fax numbers).

To my incredible surprise, I received an email back indicating that they would immediately credit my Visa card back for the erroneous $210.00 charged. After a few days, I verified that the money was in fact credited and I can now put a lid on this ridiculous, time-consuming fiasco.
