Complaint Review: Institute of Vedic Astrology

I enrolled in two Diploma courses ( Feng Shui and Astrology) from Institute of Vedic Astrology in March 2009 with Roll No. A1MAR09BF16E
                                        Roll No. F1MAR09BF17E

I took the exams in November 2009 however so far five months have passed and I have received no letter, and no certificate for my two diplomas. I paid the full fee in advance.

I have sent several emails to this institute since 4 months ago but they have not responded to any of my inquiries and have ignored them all.

If they are not communicating with the students and do not issue diplomas why do they keep publishing advertisements everywhere?!

I say it's a rip off people. Don't enroll there, it's a scam.
