Insurance exchange agency Janis Reed, and Debra Rude, Unprofessional, over insured dwelling and dropped the homeowners policy due to a death in the Family Northville Michigan
Do yourself a favor and stay away from these crooks. They are mean, unprofessional and heartless. My parents have had them as agents for over 60 years. Their house was put into a trust about 15 years ago.
Recently my parents passed away. We contacted these horrid people to let them know and apparently they didn't know that the house was put into a trust. My sister and myself are on the trust and we both equally own the house.
After being told that my parents died they became belligerent and down right nasty. They immediately told me that they were going to drop us even though they had been accepting payment. They accused me ( an owner) of not living at the home.
As many times as I told them I lived there they insisted it was a vacant home. They are the worst. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere. They will gladly accept your money but give nothing in return. The two ladies that I spoke to were Janis Reed and her supervisor Debra. They are just awful, cold uncaring and bitter.
I also found out that they legally should have offered me fire and dwelling insurance but did not, and instead dropped us. I also came to find out when I contacted another insurance company, the Insurance Exchange Agency had been over insuring the property by $100,000.00
