got a knock on my door from a reresentative of Insured Contractors, new lenox,il and they said there was a hail storm recently and they wanted to look at my roof and i did have hail damage. i contracted with them and on their contract they said they will use 4 nails per shingle. well several years later i had some storm blow off of several rows of shingles and ihad another company come out to fix the blow-off. well they discovered thet Insured Contracting only used 2 per shingle causing my roof to blow off in several areas. They will not call me back or answer my emails. in my opinion they are a very poor company to do business with. be advised that this strorm chaser will ripp you off

in my experience and opinion this company is not worthy of someone investing 12,000.00 for a roof. i have also neighbors on my block that have recieved a roof from INSURED CONTRACTING , NEW LENOX, IL and there roofs also were partially blown off, but my other neighbors who had 4 nails per shingle did not experience any blow-off. draw your own conclusions. IN MY OPINION STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. they did not answer any of my calls or emails. not once

We had Insured Contracting repair our roof and siding after a terrible hail storm a few years back and had a completely different experience. Their team did a good job with the repairs/replacement... It's been a few years (and many storms) and still no issues. In fact we recommended them to a few of our friends and neighbors and they haven't had any issues either (knock on wood). It's unfortunate you were unable to get a hold of someone. They were good with communication for us - responses weren't immediate, but they always followed up. Hope things work out for you.
