On the 29th of May I entered into an agreement with Integris Support to modify my mortgage. They initially wanted $2900 but when I said it was too much they reduced it to $1900. They gave me several references of satisfied customers and assured me that my loan qualified for a 2% modification and that if for some reason it didn't qualify my money would be refunded. They also agreed that if the modification didn't occur within six months my money would also be refunded. My contact persons were Matthew Nichols and Cheryl Silver.
They both seemed very professional and processed my paperwork timely. They explained that I was to submit the modification packet they had prepared because a third party didn't receive the same attention that a home owner did.
I submitted the packet and everything has gone as they had explained. The loan is with the underwriter waiting final approval. Whether or not I get the modification is yet to be seen.
I hadn't talked to Integris since I submitted the papers until today when I discovered their phones had been disconnected and there were numerous complaints.
