Integra Bank Aka National City Bank ripoff Integra Honors in anything but Honest and Honors only the Bank Mount Vernon Illinois
Integra (a/k/a National City Bank) believes that it is a courtesy to the customer to charge a $30.00 NSF fee when an item arrives at the bank for payment even if the only thing creating the NSF is the NSF fee itself. They charge the NSF charge on the same day as a deposit is made, they charge a $6.00 overdraft fee on the same day that a deposit is made and then AFTER they've made all of those charges, then they pay the item that was presented for payment, even though the money was in the bank when they paid it.
As a result of "Integra Honors" there is at least a $1,500.00 difference in my account balance and the bank's balance of my account. Stay away from this bank, especially if you get paid only two times a month. Watch your automatic debits very carefully.
This bank also changes the due dates from a day when the money will be there to the day before they know a deposit will be made. They changed the date of my health insurance policy payment from the 22nd of the month to the 14th of the month without my knowledge or consent(I get paid on the 15th).

They have refused to refund any inapplicable charges and send me the Terms and Conditions dated December 2, 2003 (8 months after they started their practice of charging the $30.00 NSF fee to "think" and then paying the debit after a deposit is received by the bank.
