Someone called me one day & said that I had been approved for a Mastercard with a $2000 credit limit. They informed me that it would cost me $249 that would be deducted from my checking account. They also informed me that I should be receiving the card within 10-17 days.

The money was deducted on May 3, 2005, & I haven't received my card yet. I have called the number they gave me to contact customer service, but when I call someone at customer service is always giving me different shipping dates for the card.

I spoke with one person in customer service that informed me that the card would be mailed out within 25 business days. Then I spoke with someone else that informed me that it would be mailed out & received by the middle of the month, June 15TH.

I called today & someone else told me that they don't have a shipping date yet & that I should be receiving the card by the end of the month June. I think that I'm being stalled for some reason.

When I asked if I could have a number to speak directly to someone, they said that they didn't have a number for them.

They did provide me with an address & a name of the company & the person that I should make my complaint attn. to. This is customer service # 18668486234.
