IntegraColor Horticultural Printers Immigrant Workers Layoff Temps Pay Minimum Wage Long Shifts , Internet
Don't ever come working for IntegraColor! You will regret coming here and it is a waste of your time. This company is the worstest place that I have ever worked for. Why? I started through the staffing agency called Instaff which is located in Mesquite, TX.
Instaff seems to have one assignment which is IntegraColor because they don't ever give you any other than them. When I went to work for IntegraColor, I started on 3rd shift on the assembly line and had to package posters into boxes. I didn't have anyone to train me on what I needed to do.
The supervisor of that shift was Hispanic and didn't want to deal with me. Instead, he give me something else to do and replace another Hispanic worker to do my job. The Hispanic supervisor would tell the blacks to go home earlier and let the Hispanics finish the rest of the shift. He also would make a list of those he like (preferably Hispanic) to come to work again the next day.
The majority of the temporary workers spoke spanish. The whole facility was Hispanic workers.
A list of reasons why I hate working for IntegraColor:
They take $10 dollars off your first paycheck for a safety vest.
They pay you $7.25/hourly
They only give you one 30 minute break during the 12 hour shift.
They want hire temporary workers, some have worked 2 years.
They hire white people for permanent positions and pay close to $13.00 dollars
They work you all week.
IntegraColor likes to say they are Christian based company but their work ethics are evil. I have seen people get fired without reason and also they have rehired a supervisor who'd quitted but told them they'll pay her less money.
