Got trial offer. Did not want more of the product but they kept sending it anyway. Tried to call them, but the phone did not work right. Wrote to cancel. No response.

Where did you see this offer??? These types of offers have tiny print that state you are entering into a "contract" for more products. Contact you credit card/bank and cancel the card you used. That is the only way to stop the charges.
As for the products, they are complete garbage. Stop ordering these so called "trial" products because it will end up being more of a headache than anything.
