Integrated Card Service Changed my rate every 3 months till I was paying over 5.5% they refused to help or call back Agoura hills California

Within 2 years I went from 1.8 % to over 5.5% never having a charge back or problem my sales went from $200 a month to $40,000 a month. I called and called no one ever called back. I was told I was not going to be on a contract but it turns out I am. I finally spoke to someone who said they would lower me to 0.2 % over interchange only to be told unless I sign a 3 year contract they can only do 0.5%. I now find out they increased it to 0.6 % the next month ( they say that's what happens every 3 months). When I called to find out why Billing and customer service said to call sales the sales supervisor Nori said she can not help unless I want to get a new account. I made another 2 hours of calls to find out I must give 30 days notice if I do not it will renew the contract. If I send it before and ask for them to cancel at the renewal and they possess it early they will charge me a early cancellation fee. WHAT THE HELL! This is how they run there company. On a good note I now have 0.1 % with my bank and get points for every $1 I process. Now if I can only get them to cancel without fees or renewing my contract
