Integrated Card Services AKA ICS Integrated Card Services Lied About Fees Internet
I was told my fees would be minimul and how to calculate them so I knew how much I would have to pay. I was told $7.95 plus ........$.19 per transaction and 2.19% from my account rep. I have yet to see anything like that. Authorize.net made me do a $.02 test transaction and ICS/iPayment charged me $3.41 for it. WHAT!!!!!! Then I got the message below from my account rep that is suppose to know what is going on!! They lied about the fees, where easy to sign up with. BEWARE of both iPayment and ICS they are fraudulant and lie about fees so if you rich and don't care, have fun - if not don't believe them.
I just got in the office and received your email. I did submit the request for you to be rebilled for the $14.41 on the specified date that we discussed. I’m not sure why it wasn’t debited as it should have been. I also put in the request to have the $3.51 to be refunded back to you. That was an error and shouldn’t have been billed. Unfortunately I don’t know why you would have been billed 2 charges of $39.41 totaling $78.82. That doesn’t make since. Unfortunately it doesn’t show on my end and you would need to call merchant services to see what that is for so we can get it resolved. Their phone # is 800-554-4777 ext 2. Moving forward this should not happen on next month’s statement.

I received NO response from Integrated Card Services. I did receive a response from iPayment saying it was ICS that sent over the fraudulant charges after discussing the original charges when I filed out the application.
