We have open an account with “Integrated Card Services” in 2012

Despite of constant mis-charges and additional fees that were never outlined in the contract we have kept account with them till the end of the contract to avoid ‘early termination fee’ (that was never announced either). After 3.5 years we had asked to terminate account. From this point our struggle began.

Every time we call customer service we:

  1.  We spend multiple hours on the phone trying to explain the situation over and over again. Seems like “Integrated Card Services” customer service agents are specifically trained to give customers run around.

  2. We have sent their equipment as they required on February 3d, 2016.  “Integrated Card Services” have received it on  February 6th, 2016 which they have verbally confirmed on the phone

  3. Month later when our account still was not closed and we call back they started asking whether we have sent the equipment back as they have not received it. Meanwhile we are getting charge full amount of monthly fees

  4. Several conversations after – the only answer – they will talk to supervisor and call back. No one phone call had been received.

  5. No one e-mail sent directly to the supervisor were answered. Account is still open.

  6. Reading customer reviews on line - this is normal style of business.

  7. We had to close business account to prevent further charges with all the complications for the business.

 

Stay away from this scam!!!
