Sam Sabatucci and Chad Girvan are professional scam artists who will call your phone 24/7 and harass you. They sort through people's trash and pick out sensitive financial statements, e-mails, and bank statements. I was stupid enough to not shred some of my statements and emails and they got a hold of my information and have been trying to get me and my family to pay them money.

They run several front/money-laundering companies like Integrated Micro, Inc., where they offer "global sourcing solutions." They also offer "consignment" services where you will never see your equipment or inventory again.

Please be very careful when giving these people any information at all if you do run across them. They are very sneaky and sly. They partnered with a lawyer once who was notorious across the Internet for sending out fake court summons to scare people into giving them money. They also will call your family members and try to pretend their court case coming up and they need to give them money and they are coming to your house. Don't fall for their tricks.

They are trying to get into the electrical component business but have deep roots in fraud, embezzlement, and deception. I doubt they have worked an honest day's work in their entire lives.

If you ever hear of anyone named Sam Sabatucci or Chad Girvan stay away. They are very skilled at fraud and taking your money for nothing.

As explained in the Program Rules, the process begins when you provide Ripoff Report with three things: 1.) a signed copy of the Arbitration Agreement; 2.) a complete copy of your Arbitration Statement including any and all supporting evidence, such as documents or Witness Statements (subject to limitations which are discussed in detail in the Program Rules) you want the Arbitrator to review; and 3.) a check for the $2,000 arbitration fee. No arbitration matter will begin until we receive all of these things
