I received a call around 1:15pm on 11/15/2013 by a friendly representative, Mr. Joshua Collins.  He told me that I was paying 24.99 per line through AT&T, and that he was supposed to reduce my bill to $6.99 each month.  It certainly sounded great to me.  He explained that everyone was doing it, because the prices were just to high for everyone with long-distance fees and such.

He also kept mentioning that the integrated services inc (ISI) would be added on as a part of the AT&T account.  That ISI would lower my rate to 6.99 for long-distance, and international calls.

I asked him several times specifically, "Does this mean I still pay my current rate of $24.99 a month for everything and my long-distance fees will be $6.99? or will my whole bill reduce to $6.99?"  He would never specifically respond to my question in a full sentence, I only received a "Yes" or "that is correct" or "correct".  Then he would move quickly to tell me how to respond to seven different questions that I would be asked.

As soon as I verified my address and phone number, I quickly got online and researched.  The Better Business Bureau (BBB) currently has 10 complaints against the company, and the company is not verified. The ISI company website itself has no reviews or ratings, which I found suspicious.  The only report I found was on here, and it was good enough to get me to hang up while I was on hold before the 7 questions.

My Review:  The company has no integrity.  Scammers with representatives who have silver tongue syndrome(experts at word play) or representatives who aren't fully educated on what they are actually doing.  Stay away, and listen to your intuition and gut feelings here.

Not sure if they ask for a credit card.
