Integretal access One COLLECT CALL ON MY VERIZON NORTH BILL Ripoff Indianapolis Indiana
found a charge on my bill from these people for a collect call. Verizon called the number that it was billed from and they got a voce mail from Integretel. The call was supposedly from a pay phone. So why did we get Integretel? The lady at Verizon contacted Integretel directly for me and they agreed to take the charges off within 1 or 2 billing cycles. We'll see if that works. If not I guess the FCC. I can't understand why companies bill for rip off companies!!!
