I received my phone bill and noted that it was higher then usual. Upon speaking with Verizon I found out that there were charges of $13.34 per month assessed by BOTH Integretal Inc and ESBI since 10/01/05. I spoke with both of these people last month and was promised that these accounts would be cancelled and credits issued. Instead I am again charged for these items AGAIN this month. I am now entitled to $106.72 in credits.

Last month I was informed that these charges were the result of me being on line and inadvertently signing up for some telephone services. I did not have any records to the contrary so I paid the amounts (since 10/1/05) and went on my merry way. Now I am madder then hell. It appears obvious that some sort of scam is in the making. To many others have had the same experience. I have now blocked my phone usuage so that there is no way I am using these services. I would like to suggest that someone looks into this company for major FRAUD via the Internet. In reading some of the reports this amounts to a lot of money.
