My phone bill included miscellaneous charges for
"emergency voicemail 1x setup fee" on the date of 09-07-2005. Amount billed: $14.95 + $0.45 fed excise tax + $0.90 state tax, Total = $16.30 By Integretel Inc. on behalf of Amer Prem Warehouse. Who the bloody hell are these people?????
