My April phone bill through Bell South had a miscellaneous charge of $29.95 from SBA Online. When I called the 800# the rep said they were B2B Advantage and that my husband had authorized this service through his business and proceeded to tell me all of the wonderful things this company offered such as web design. I tried to make her understand my husband would NOT have authorized this because we didn't even own a computer. She wasn't very cooperative about canceling the service and agreed to cancel future months. I insisted to speak with a supervisor to have the service credited back to 3/27 but wasn't successful...that is until I said the word "Fraud". Suddenly, I was on hold while she checked with the supervisor to back date the credit. She returned with a cancelation # and said I would see the credit in my next phone statement. I'll let you know if that happens.

I called Bell South to explain the short payment of $29.95 on my bill and that the service I was charged was fraudulent and that I didn't appreciate the additional charge without my authorization. She apologized, but didn't seem too concerned.

I'm curious as to the type of relationship that Bell South has with Integretel, Inc?
