I received my BellSouth phone bill recently and it included charges from a company called Integretel for services to InfoServiczz. Charges were for five calls totalling 34 minutes for $130.86, all supposidely made after midnight. No one from my home made these calls. In fact, our dial-up connection is DISCONNECTED when our notebook is not in use, and no one is on the computer past 10:00pm.

The company's reaction to my calls of inquiry mirror those of others on your site; Integretel personnel read a script stating we made the calls, and they will deduct 50% of the bill if we agree to pay the other half. When I protested, 100% of the bill is credited.

I also, as one of your other respondents has mentioned, feel this is related to a torjan virus we contacted soon after we purchased our notebook, and this virus included the dreaded 'CoolWebSite' pop-up that hasn't gone away.

I greatly appreciate your web site to share information with other frustrated internet users. Thank you.
