Complaint Review: Integretel InfoservicZZ

I too have been billed $40.00 for a 2 minute call +tax. My first call to Integretel I was informed it was going to be a MONTHLY charge and they told me to call my phone company (Sprint). I called my phone company to dispute the bill and told them I absolutely am not paying. I don't even have long distance on my phone so I never got an explanation from Sprint how my computer can make calls I can't. Anyway my second call to Integretel netted me success. They asked for my phone number and I gave it but when they asked my name I said you're billing me you tell me my name.

They didn't seem to like that. I admit I was rude and I refused to listen to any bull they wanted to tout at me. Within 5-10 minutes they said I didn't have to pay and I would notice it off my phone bill wintin 1-2 months. I never gave my address or any other information other then my name AFTER they said they didn't have that info 3 times. Let's hope now within 2 months it will be off my bill.
