I am another victim of the fraudulent charges added to my phone bill. My bill was $60.00 some dollars more this month than normal, I had 3 charges from Integretel for NBWC, it read Web.Biz Plan Monthly Fee $19.95, this was actually billed on 1/04/2004, 1/11/2004 and 1/18/2004. I DID NOT authorize these! I called Verizon and they said they would send the charges back to the billing party but to call Integretel myself as they are to have first rights to settle it.

When I called Integretel I asked them who they were, she said they were a billing company for over 500 different businesses. I explained the problem and she said she would send the charges plus tax back to to billing company, which is supposed to be National Broadband Webcasting. We'll see!

It seemed too easy to me, so I explored the internet and found all the complaints filed against them. I can't believe they're still in business. Also, NBWC is nowhere to be found on the internet, seems funny since they are proported to be a website management company!
