Integretel Nationwide VoiceMail ripoff: fraud, unauthorized charges deceptive company ripped off and scammed San Jose California
Integretel Inc. added charges to my verizon phone bill for Nationwide Voice Mail. I did not order this service nor want it.
I called the company and they said I had to pay the set up fee because someone in my household ordered it to get 1000 coupons.
I told them to bill it to whom ever ordered it and not to my phone bill. I asked to speak to a manager.
The next day a received a call back and the woman hung up on me when I said I would not pay the bill and to bill it to whoever ordered it. I don't think it is right that any one who is not on your phone bill can order services charged to it. If this is the case I could go through the phone book putting in peoples numbers and address and requesting services.
