On November 8, 2002, Integretel on WebXites phoned my home and asked for my teenaged daughter. We already had a website so I assumed it was someone about our product. They told her they would give her a website to try for 14days free of charge.

We never received anything from them telling how to set up the site or how to cancel, if we needed to do that. This month on our phone bill was a charge of 199.75 for initial set up of $39.99 and $39.99 for months thereafter.

I managed to finally get thru on the phone to them. They reluctantly cancelled the service and agreed that we had never once used the service. They refused to refund my money.

We telephoned the Verizon Customer Service and told them and they marked our account so that they cannot get any more money from us thru them.

I have read that this company is in the habit of ripping people off. Please help us to get our money back and let people know that this company is fraudulent. Thank you.
