Integretel rip-off victimized many consumers Boston
I have used Southwestern Bell Call Notes since its inception and have never used any other voice mail system nor do I have any desire to do so. Needless to say, I was shocked when I noticed a charge from United Voice Mail on my phone bill. What struck me odd was there was no number for United Voice Mail on my bill.
However, in the first part of my bill which provides you with numbers to call to discuss your charges a company name of "Integretel" appeared. I called and after being on hold for 15 minutes I was told the charges would be credited to my account (which I seriously doubt).
The internet is a wonderful place to learn, to research and many, many other things can be done or found on the internet. But these companies who automatically bill your phone bill or your credit cards are becoming outrageous.
