On 1/29/04 i got my phone bill and opened it up to find that i was charged $24.90 for world web e-mail service and the monthly fee of $9.95. A totaly bogus charge as where i understand that they are doing it to a lot of people. So i called integretel at 1-800-736-7500 and talked to a lady that gave me a different summery of the charges at hand, she said i got a cell phone, voice mail, and sent out promotions. A crock of s**t.

So things got aggervating so i asked to talk to the manger he assured me that the charges would be took off my bill and a credit andded to my phone bill. i wanted to find out what all this was about so i went to integretel.com and seen where they have been ripping people off and charging them for things that they havent even applied for.

So i am pissed off as i was i called back to integretel to make sure that the bogus chargers was going to be tooking off my bill. They told me that there was no record of me calling 10 minutes ago so i went though the process again and ask what was i being charged for there answer was for something totaly different that what was on my bill and told to me 10 minutes ago. So they assured me that they would take it off my bill. lets see if their word is as good as their service... F*ck YOU INTEGRETEL...

Suggestion to Resolve Issues with Integretel, Inc. ..FTC has already fined Integretel

#2Consumer Suggestion

Tue, April 06, 2004

Anyone who has been charged by Integretel, Inc. for services that they did not approve should contact the Federal Trade Commission with their complaint (s).

The FTC has already fined Integretel, Inc. once and they are supposedly watching them now. Keep copies of all correspondence along with dates and times of calls. I would make copies of the e-mails just in case or record any telephone conversations with the company as proff that you contacted them.
