Integretel ripoff, billed me for services i never had I Internet

OK SO I GET MY PHONE BILL AND I SEE IT IS HIGHER THAN NORMAL SO I LOOK IT OVER CAREFULLY AND I FIND LONG DISTANCE CHARGES ON MY BILL, WELL I HAVE A BLOCK ON MY LINE AND DONT USE LONG DISTANCE I WORK FOR MCI, SO I CALL MY LOCAL PHONE COMPANY AND THEY SAID IT WAS THRU A COMPANY CALLED INTEGRETEL FOR INTERNET CHARGES WELL I DONT HAVE DIAL UP I HAVE DSL AND I NEVER ORDER VIA THE INTERNET SO THEY GIVE ME A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL 1-800-736-7500 AND NOW EVERY STINKEN TIME I CALL THEY ARE CLOSED, I HAVE TRIED CALLING AT ALL HOURS OF THE DAY AND NIGHT BUT THEY ARE NEVER OPEN, WHO THE HELL ARE THESE PEOPLE AND WHAT ARE THEY BILLING CONSUMERS FOR??? I CHECKED AT MCI SINCE I WORK THERE THEY SAY IT IS FOR SOME TYPE OF PERSONAL VOICE SERVICE ON LINE, WELLL I HAVE NO VOICE SERVICE ON LINE OR OFF LINE IF I CANT GET THRU TO THESE PEOPLE WITH IN 3 BUSINESS DAYS THEN I WILL BE CONTACTING THE FCC AND MY LAWYER ANYONE ELSE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY CAN CONTACT ME
