Complaint Review: Integretel

Rip Off for Residential Voice Mail - Billed by Integrel, Inc. These folks billed me for $14.36 the past two months on my Southern Bell telephone bill for something I have never ordered. Also contacted Southern Bell requesting they block charges from this company - they did not block, as I got billed again today! Called 1-800 -736-7500 Integretel - they tell me I will be credited but it NEVER happens. They told me that last month also, DIDN'T HAPPEN - Can anyone help me?
