Complaint Review: Integretel

I pay my telephone bills by direct pay because I travel a great deal. This month I happened to look at my bill and discovered not one, but two bills for services I knew nothing about, from companies I had never heard of. I had to call my telephone service provider, Millington Telephone, to inquire about those bills. They in turn gave me the telephone numbers of those so called companies, one of which was Integretel Inc.

I called that number and was really nice, they gave me the run-around telling me I had agreed to their service online, which I did not. I still have no idea what kind of service they were charging me for. They promised to stop the service immediately, well I don't just want it stopped, I want all my money back!

I was given an address, A P.O. Box, which I researched, there is no address for that company there. I was told to send it to: Processing Center.....P.O. Box 15624..... Clearwater Florida 33766. I am prepared to take this info to my attorney, or any attorney and see what can be done. This needs to be stopped before anymore innocent victims are scammed.
