Complaint Review: Integretel

Yesterday, I received my SBC monthly bill and found a $90.45 charge for two 900 call number to access Web AccessZz at 900-444-0307. It looks weird. I had never made that call number and I fully don't need this Internet service since I have Comcast high Speed cable.

This bill is from Integretel Inc. I called its number 1-800-736-7500 and got a guy who always kept saying that I did or my kids did when they play game, despite my keeping to say no and never. I told him I will refuse to pay this charge and told him I have looked on The Internet and got more information on similar case, he finally sent back my credit to SBC. By the way, I also called SBC and told them to block any thirt party charge on my bill.
