Well, today when my mother opened our phone-bill from Verizon, the only charge was for $29.98 from a company called WorldWeb Technical Support. The first thing she did, naturally, was to yell at me for signing uip for something stuff, and was telling me to go get my wallet, when I hopped on Google, and did a search. WorldWeb Technical Support doesn't show up.. at all. Then I looked at teh bill, and saw Integretel Inc, and shearched them.

HIT! I get their website URL (integretel.com ) and look around. No location info, but i did find out that they deal with telecommunications billing for small companies / enterprises. Well, my mom called Verizon, they pointed to Integretel, and said they didn't know. Integretel said /I/ signed up for dialup internet through them. Well... We have Cable Broadband internet through ComCast, and no way in H*LL would I ever go back to dialup. Anyhow, after yelling at the guy on the phone (I felt sorry for him, as a listened with no small measure of joy) for about half an hour, he said the charges would be taken off.

See! Loud mothers ARE good for something!

Word of advice, if you get a bill from anyone related to Integretel, all you must do, is go to integretel.com and either fill out the form for having charges reversed (Seems odd that it would be the MAIN link on their page, seems they get this a lot.) or call them on the number provided.

Hope they get stomped on by some court soon, before this happens many more times.
