Complaint Review: Integris Support Services

Did some research on this company before using them and it all looked and pointed as a positive company and willing to work with you on a remortgage program. Well we filled all they're forms out and faxed all info as needed to get process completed and get a 100% refund if mortgage holder didnt approve of remortgage. Well to make this a short story we dealt with Lucy Campbell @ Integris Support Services and when we called her about the bank not approving she said the company would take over and get it approved for us and to get back in touch with her 30 days later (7/26/12) and upon the date noted we tried contacting her and the number was asking for the extension and then hanging up and tried emailing her or anybody else at the company and got an emil aborted message in return. We tried accessing the company site and it's all been deactivated and nothing for this company works!
