I have been dealing with Integris since February 2012. Before signing up with them, I did research and found no complaints.   They promised me a money back guarantee.  So Indymack did deny my loan modification.  They said that since we already applied for a HAMP and did not complete the trial, we could not get another one.  Integris claimed that I never told them that we previously had a HAMP, which we did.  They said that the could not give  us a full refund, but because I was so patient, they would give me a parital.  On May 31.  the told me that it would take 3 weeks for the legal department to issue the refund.  Last week I emailed my file manager, and have not heard back.  I left a bunch of messages on any voice mail I could find, and I only was able to get a hold of 3.... I am begininng to think that I will not get any refund, but I will not stop....
