Complaint Review: Integrity Alarm

Integrity Alarm Integrity Alarms gave alarm equipment that does not work, charged additional $100 to understand the issue. Threaten the customer if the contract is cancelled. Fullerton, California

ADT key pad showed the communication error and ADT sent a tech to understand the issue.  A tech from Integrity alarm came and asked to change the location of keypap by make another hole on the wall. 

I delcined the request and I sent the tech home.  I was asked to pay him $100 beause of the visit, or the calls from the integrity alarm will follow up.  A call was followed up at the next day to ask me if I want to cancel the contract.  I was told the integrity alarm can charge me more because of contract cancellation.  The followed-up call from the integrity alarm was not friendly and more like threatening. 

I searched the internet to find out what is the integrity alarm company.  I found there are several reports being filed against the integrity alarm for the ripoff.

It must be someone or organization to manage ADT authorized dealership.  It must be someway to eliminate the integarity alarm continuing for the ripoff.  I was wrong to trust the logo of ADT.  ADT with its authorized dealer may be a night mare for the security parts installation.  ADT may not be a solution for the monitoring the security.  ADT authorized dealer like the integrity alarm company can be the criminal.
