My wife and I, 4 children was convinced by Arron, internet sales rep of dealership, to purchase a 2002 Dodge Durango with 44K miles on it. Fully loaded with 3rd row. "We offer a full bumper to bumper extended warranty for your piece of mind!" So great, i was sold. 1st month everything was covered, coolant issues, air conditiong, allighnment (already a lemon!). Brought it in second month to have 2 power windows that failed with in a week. "Sorry, but your Limited Power Train Warranty doesnt cover this." WHAT?!! I was sold a WHAT?! A 2000$ power train warranty. And unfortunately the finance manager doesnt work here any longer. For 2 years we asked CHRYSLER to help, we begged WACHOVIA to help! NOTHING BUT MECHANICAL FAILURE AFTER FAILURE. Could not apply under lemon laws for Nevada either. Finally, the transmission failed, immedaitley after the "LIMITED POWER TRAIN WARRANTY expired. So i quit paying on this 15,000.00 P.O.S!! I RECOMMEND NEVER BUYING FROM ANY INTEGRITY DEALERSHIP. i will NOT buy Chrysler again!! THEY CARE ONLY ABOUT THE MONEY THEY MAKE AND NOT THE HEARTACHE THEY CAUSE FAMILIES!! WORST PURCHASE I HAVE EVER HAD, WHICH HAS LEFT ME WITH BAD CREDIT AND YEARS OF DEBT TO PAY!! GOD BLESS THEM. IM SO HAPPY MY PRAYERS CAME TRUE AND THEY CLOSED!! THANK YOU LORD!
