Integrity Field Services non payment of services brunswick, Ohio
This company contracted us to perform property maintenance and preservation work on foreclosed homes. We provided all labor and materials to perform lock changes, board ups, lawn care, etc.. We sent all required paperwork and photos in and was told that we did a great job.
After repeated calls and emails concerning payment for our services, now we can't even get someone to talk on the phone or answer the emails. And when someone would speak with us, the answer was always that the check is in the mail. And still no payment. This has been going on for almost one year now and there does not seem to be a light at the end of the tunnel.
The only re-course that we have is to file a lein on each property but we can not collect any of the monies back that we use in order to file the leins.
It is a shame that these companies get paid for the work and materials that we do and then can't pay us. Especially when everyony knows that they make the larger percentage of the money for each property.
This company is just one large CHEAT!!!!
