After running out of options to save my home I placed my trust and my final savings to the "mortgage specialists" to work for a loan modification for me.  The individual that I worked with, Lisa, was helpful in telling me there was nothing they could do for me since my bank (HFC) did not take any TARP money and was not going to modify anything...


So I lost my house.  And now I am trying to get a refund from Integrity and am directed to a voice mail.  I have not even been able to get a person on the phone to find out what, if anything, I need to do to get my $1800 returned.  This company promised me that they don't take money unless they are '100%' sure a loan modification could happen.  It took them 6 precious weeks to let me know I was screwed.  What do I do now?
