Two charming boys came to our neighborhood.
They told my family that one of them grew up around the corner, and that his mom reluctantly is letting him go door to door to sell children's books. The money for the books that he sold would help pay for a UCLA student trip to Europe.

I was shocked at the price of $54.00 per book, but the charming boys told us that 1) $20.00 of that cost was specifically for the fundraiser, 2) that it was not a single book but a series, 3) their mom would even come by and wash our car, 4) that the $20.00 for the trip was tax-decutible... and the list of lies goes on and on.

When I finally got duped into "helping my neighbor's boy raise some money for their school trip", one of the boys, Zack, told me that the money he raised for himself could not be split with his good friend Nikkiti. That Nikkiti would have to raise his own money. So, I purchased a second book. A total cost for both books with S&H came to $108.00

When the 2 books arrived my family was surprised at the value (lack of). My daughter even mentioned that she saw the same book for $4.99 at the store!

That is when I looked up the company on the internet only to learn that several other people were ripped off by the same type of fraudulant activity.

When I contacted the company by e-mail to complain about the lies and fraud, they refused to call me by phone or provide me with a manager's name and tel number to resolve the issue.
