The young lady, "Denise Goodhue" was at the home of my friend when I arrived. He is 95 years old and legally blind. She said she was selling subscription to raise money for her class trip to London, England. She claimed that she was a student at Indiana University and lived in the neighborhood. The subscriptions would be sent to Riley Children's Hospital, 2 subscriptions at $54.00 total $108.00. My friend canceled the check the next morning. It was all lies and a scam.

Do some research on this scam. They are out of Las Vegas, NV and hire young people, driving them around in vans with repeated reports of mistreatment. The Better Business Bureau in Las Vegas has given them an unsatisfactory record. The BBB Reliability Report also lists the company as an LLC, starting in March 2005 with the principal as Terra Robbins, Manager. Their address and phone number is also listed. Google integritypgm for their website. The BBB Reliability Report can also be found via Google.

Report activity to your local police and file a complaint with your Attorney General. It is sad that they would take advantage of anyone, let alone an elderly, vision impaired gentleman.
