Complaint Review: Intel Marketing Group

The company has been completely unprofessional since we started working with them. After filing a complaint with BBB we got the name of the general manager and try to contact them directly, to no avail. The receptionist screens the calls and will not allow us to speak to anyone but Roxanne. Roxanne has lied repeatedly. The leads are supposed to be qualified but they are far from it. No one has contacted them as well as some have already refinanced or else numbers do not even work.
