Waited nearly 3 wks for my boyfriends' birthday present to come. It was ordered through Fanatics.ca. Trying to track the package with Intencom was a nightmare as they don’t update their information. Spent the whole day home yesterday (May 17.22) and my boyfriend gets a notification saying that the package was delivered 40 minutes ago.

I contacted their customer service and was told that the driver would call us to let us know he or she was on his/her way (the call never happened). My boyfriend goes downstairs to our building to check and nothing! Walks around all 3 floors in our building and nothing! Goes and checks all the doors around the building and also nothing!

I quickly contacted their customer service and was put on hold as they “tried” to contact the driver only to be told he or she is “not” answering and they would send an email to the wear-house and I would get an “email” within 24 hrs to let me know what happened. At the same time I was also told to contact the purchasing company to let them know and get a refund or the item re-shipped.

I feel that this company is scammers disguising themselves as a delivery company only to steal peoples packages. I mean for someone to say our package was delivered when it wasn’t and then when you call their reply is, “Sorry but the driver is not answering!” I wish I could press charges for theft! This company needs to seriously be investigated and taken out of business. There are thousands of google reviews with the same story is mine.
