I bought my Razr V3 at the end of November 2005. I sent my rebate forms after my second billing statement (which had to be at least 60 days). I sent in two rebates, one for $150 and the other for $125. One rebate was accepted and the other one was rejected because it was illegible.

I resubmitted the forms as requested and since the 3rd of March my rebates have been processing.

I believe Intelenet Wireless is the start of the problem because they are allowing cellphonerebates.com to issue their rebates. Besides the fact that Intelenet Wireless sent me three bad phones and wouldn't replace my third one. And I had to keep my Razr activated or else I wouldn't get my rebates.

After calling cellphonerebates several times, and told to call back week after week, I called again yesterday. I spoke to a girl who told me my rebates were still being processed/"in review", I think is their famous words, and then she informed me that my rebates were still in review because of T-Mobile. And, all the other ten times I've called, they told me the same thing...that T-mobile hasn't authorized that I have had my account. So the girl says, call t-mobile if you have a problem. I do, and I must say T-Mobile was very upset with the customer service department of cellphonerebates...So upset that they filed a formal complaint against the company. That's great news to me, however, I am still out of $275.

T-Mobile was so upset that we called the company via three-way and T-Mobile heard everything this company told me.

All I want is my rebates because my phone is on the verge of not working anymore and I will be needing a new one.

I've been reading all these people's stories of these companies and I don't understand how they are still in business. This is a huge rip off. The worst part is I referred three other people to sign up for T-Mobile through Intelenet Wireless and now they are having the same problems as me. Someone please help!!
