PAID UP FRONT FOR 2 PHONES AND BLUETOOTH HEADSETS. COMPANY OFFERED 2 REBATES ON EACH, A CUSTOMER LOYALTY REBATE OF $95 AND WIRELESS DEVICE REBATE OF $75...EACH TO BE SENT 150 DAYS AND 120 DAYS AFTER ACTIVATION CONSECUTIVELY. I HAD SWITCHED MY BILLING FROM CINGULAR TO COMBINED BILLING BY AT&T. THERE WERE BILLING ERRORS FOR WHICH I WAS TOLD NOT TO PAY ON MY LANDLAND/INTERNET PORTION AND WAS CREDITED ON THE FOLLOWING MONTH. I WAS DENIED MY REBATES BECAUSE THE COPY OF THE BILL I SENT SHOWED A PAST DUE AMOUNT. I THEN SUBMITTED THE FOLLOWING MONTH'S BILL TO SHOW IT WAS CREDITED. I WAS DENIED ALSO BECAUSE THEY SAID IT WAS SENT IT LATE. IT WAS NOT...I MAILED IT THE DAY AFTER I RECEIVED THE STATEMENT THAT WAS REQUIRED. THEY SAID THEY NEVER RECEIVED ONE OF MY REBATES. I SENT IT IN 2 MORE TIMES (ALL 4 REBATES) TO THE ORIGINAL ADDRESS AND THE NEW ADDRESS GIVEN BY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS STILL DENIED. THEY WILL NOT TALK TO ME ANYMORE.
