Complaint Review: Intelenet Wireless

Intelenet Wireless, Inphonics I ordered a Motorola RAZR V3 and there were two rebates that went with the deal, making the phone free. Each rebate was for $125. Both rebates were denied for false reasons. I did everything the rebate asked, and on time. Internet

I ordered a Motorola RAZR from interenet. There were 2 rebates that went with this purchase for $125 each. I read and reread the rebate forms to make sure they were followed correctly. I did everything it required and within the time frame. I had even paid my cellular bill with my credit card on Auto pay. How much more accurate can you get? But no, they said that it didn't show I had paid enough months.

Well, if I had waited for one more month to post, then the time frame would of been over, and for sure the rebate would be denied for that. So I sent in the rebate form with record right from the cellular web site that showed I had paid auto pay . Both rebates were denied. The other rebate said that there was no date on the bill. That is nothing but a lie. Every one of the auto pay had a date that it was paid.
